First of all, thank you for stopping by my page. I hope you like my writing and will return to see what new has been added.
Born in Nashville, Tennessee, I lived a simple life with parents who did all they could to raise me right. Some would say they succeeded. Others would say they did not. I like to think it was a little of both meaning I had some fun along the way and managed not to get arrested. My childhood was a normal and happy one with a younger brother whoʼs grown up to be a good friend.
At 19, I got married far too young to the mother of my oldest son and a daughter. My son has been one of the biggest blessing in my life as well as a good friend. My daughter? Not so much. She's my biggest disappointment in life and someone I stopped trying to figure out a long time ago. After twenty years together, their mother and I came to an agreement where she got pretty much everything but I got my freedom. Seemed like a good deal then and an even better one now.
After eight years being divorced, Iʼm now happily married to my beautiful bride and we have a little boy. I'm blessed to have both of them as well as my oldest son in my life. I have no idea what she sees in me but I'm glad she liked it when she did.
Professionally, Iʼve been an art director, graphic designer, illustrator, and writer for 25 years. In that time, Iʼve worked for a large corporation as well as a couple of small family owned companies. I would much rather be a writer full time. To that end goal, Iʼve arrived at HubPages.

Here's a new word for your vocabulary:
Ineptocracy (in-ep-toc’-ra-cy) - a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.
